♱ Meet the Priest ♱
Hi! I’m Kat Friedmann, the chainmail artist & designer behind Silver Priest.
I began exploring chainmail in 2024, primarily designing and making gifts for close friends and family. I became a more ambitious and dedicated practitioner around a year later when collaborating with my brother, CyberCrypt, on a 7-piece rosary collection we titled Salvation. Many of my pieces still originate as gifts: the diamond necklace, car charms, pocket rosaries to name a few!
I make every item by hand using stainless steel and genuine gemstones to ensure they remain high quality, tarnish-free, and wearable for a very long time! I value high quality and low maintenance items—if your piece needs cleaning, I recommend a gentle wash using a toothbrush, dawn dish soap, and warm water.
In addition to weaving rings, I am a freelance graphic and web designer living in Nashville, TN with my dog Spy!
