If an item arrives damaged, please email me. I will happily fix it, but the buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

Currently, the estimated turnaround time is based on the size and intricacy of each listing. A listing with a time allowance of 3-4 weeks may only take a few days to make. If you need an item by a certain date, please mention it in a note during checkout and email me at info.silverpriest@gmail.com.
